RIBA stages — where we plug in

We are most useful from Stage 4 onwards, but at Stage 3 we will sanity-check your load assumptions, spare ways, earthing layout and future smart-home spine so tender packs do not drift from what can actually be built.

Coordination with M&E

We work to a single set of coordinated drawings: containment, penetration schedules, ceiling void strategy and intake positions. Changes are tracked so the package handed to the contractor matches what you issued for tender.

Commissioning & certification

Every circuit leaves with clear identification, test results recorded, and NICEIC certification issued. Where Building Control or insurers need specific evidence, it is bundled in the handover pack — not chased up six months later.
