For architects
Electrical & smart-home contractor built around your Plan of Work.
This page exists for one audience: RIBA-registered practices and design studios evaluating a specialist electrical partner. Below is how we integrate, what we carry on paper, and what we deliver at handover.
Trust signals you can put in a PQQ
- NICEIC registered contractor — certification and ongoing competence on record.
- KNX and Rako partner certifications where lighting and integration depth matters.
- Full Professional Indemnity cover for specification-stage input (limits disclosed under NDA).
- BS 7671 / Part P compliance as baseline — not a selling point, but always evidenced.
How we work alongside design teams
We align to the RIBA Plan of Work the way a good services engineer does: visible at Stage 3, disciplined at Stage 4, tidy at Stage 5, and obsessive about evidence at Stage 6. Your PM should see weekly notes, not surprises.
M&E coordination is not “someone else’s CAD layer”. We resolve containment, penetrations, ceiling void strategy and intake positions against your interiors package — before the specialist joinery shop drawings freeze routes we needed.
Commissioning & handover
Commissioning means named scenes, firmware baselined, backups taken, DALI islands addressed where applicable, and a client walkthrough that respects how little time principals have. O&M is indexed for FM — not a zip file of PDFs from five vendors.
